Message	i agree that maybe he went too far by handing you a ticket and should have just given you a warning. But still. In VA, cops is anal. You WERE riding a motorcycle without a helmet and you WERE riding an unauthorized vehicle on the road. I know from friends that you dirt bikes are not supposed to be on public streets.
